Customer Feedback survey results
Every 6 months an independent research company called BMG contacts a range of customers to get their feedback on the service we are providing.
When the results are in they are then compared with around 1000 other organisations in the UK, across a range of sectors. Compared to the average score of 77%, Alliance Homes score is 84.3 %
Satisfaction with our repairs service is also high at 95.5 %, putting us at the very top for satisfaction in this area of our work.
The results are just in so we will be looking at areas where we can improve and will update you on this in the next issue of our tenant magazine Insight.
