Our services remain open and we are continuing to provide urgent home repairs.

With the snow and drop in temperatures some customers are experiencing issues with boilers due to freezing pipes, which is common in sub-zero temperatures. If you are experiencing this type of problem please contact us via our Customer Service Helpline and will try to resolve your situation as soon as possible.

All non-urgent home repairs have been postponed for the remainder of the day.

If you are an Alliance Living Care customer, we are prioritising care and cancelling all non-urgent services.

We are prioritising customers and will try to respond to your query as soon as possible.

All non-urgent home repairs are being postponed although we are continuing to provide urgent services via our Emergency Repairs Team.
