Garden and grounds

The garden is yours to enjoy and maintain and the vast majority of our residents gardens are well looked after. Trees that are in the boundaries of your garden, are your responsibility. However, if you have any concerns regarding the condition of trees, please contact us and we will arrange for someone to visit you.

Communal grassed areas and Sheltered Housing gardens

We do maintain large areas of open land and sheltered housing sites, which include grassed areas, shrub and flower beds.
We will cut and collect grass and make sure that the area is left tidy. We will also cut back hedges and prune shrubs to keep areas neat and tidy.

Footpaths and garage sites

Weeds in these areas will be treated in April, June and September.
