Alliance raises £1000 with charity fundraiser

More than 20 colleagues from Portishead based Alliance Homes got together to cycle, walk and swim, raising much needed funds to help the homeless and local people who need a helping hand.

The cyclists were the first off, completing more than 200 miles from Lands’ End to Portishead, and last weekend saw the walkers complete the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge. With the swimmers yet to go the team have smashed their £500 target.

Local, Charlotte Trewin from the HR team said:

“It has been a great experience and brilliant to think that we have raised so much doing something that has been fun, challenging at times, but overall fun. It’s also helped me get to know my colleagues as we’ve been on this journey together.”
